Mr. Dwarika, who specialized in interdisciplinary water resources engineering and management along with environment engineering has more than six years of techno-managerial experience in various international and multinational companies. With engineering education from Helsinki Metropolia University, Finland and work experience in OOO NPP <<TEPLOMER>> Russia as Energy and Environmental Engineer and Closure Systems International Nepal, an American multinational company as Process, Quality and EHS Engineer, he has an international experience of pellet plant design, solar energy feasibility study, and district heating techniques and process engineering design for copper ore.
He also expertise on ISO (9001, 14001, 18001 and 22000) certifications, Quality Management System, EHSMS, air emission management, wastewater management, chemical management program, conducted several EHS OSHAS related training as resource person. With experience of conducting IEEs and EIAs of various infrastructure projects, he expertise on environmental technology, Pollution monitoring and data transfer, Environment Safety Management, Life Cycle Assessment, Renewable Energy Technologies and environment simulations. He is responsible for ensuring quality in environmental assessment process from proposal till completion stage. In collaboration with engineers, ecologists, surveying, planning etc. he has worked as Project Engineer for technical design and scheduling, he has performed numerous Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental monitoring, Designing and implementation of environmental mitigation measures for large projects and preparation of the environmental documents from inception stage of Naumure Multipurpose project (207 MW) and Karnali Stage 1 (360 MW) hydropower Project. His involvement as key project engineer in EIA of Super Trishuli Hydropower Project (100 MW), Dudh Koshi- 2 Project (97 MW), Shaurya Cement Co. Ltd. with 1*3000T new dry cement clinker production line and 6 MW pure low temperature waste heat power generating plant and Upper Karnali Hydropower Project’s 400 kV Transmission Line Project (Karnali – Kalakunti ). Additionally, his role as Team Leader and Project Manager in Balephi Hydropower Project (23.52 MW), Sharda Babai Hydropower Project (93 MW) to name a few in water resources infrastructure projects etc. Many projects are going underway with his involvement in the capacity of Team Leader of the consultants.
