Mr. Rajendra Chapagain has completed Masters degree in Geography from Tribhuvan University with concentration in GIS and Remote Sensing. He has been involved in research for more than 5 years.
He has conducted research on different field such as Earthquake, Tourism and Agriculture using the GIS & Remote Sensing based statistical tools and techniques and published on national geographic journal. He has also conducted research on “Seismic Vulnerability Assessment: A Case Study of Baglung Municipality,Nepal.” and participated in various training, workshop, seminar and paper presentation.
He has been associated with NESS since May, 2016. He has been actively involved in preparation of EIA report of Super Trishuli HEP, Sarda Babai and Karnali Chisapani HEP with solid contribution in creating Geological Map using GIS and remote sensing.
